Rachel Niederer has been immersed in the industrial and aerospace supply industry since her childhood. Growing up with a love for the industry, Rachel began working for her family’s business, Stag Enterprise, in 2004. Over the course of 16 years, Rachel moved through multiple departments learning all aspects of their operations. Before leaving Stag, Rachel had achieved the position of Vice President of Operations and Sales. Throughout her career, Rachel has created a bank of knowledge for process improvement, operational management, customer satisfaction and sales success. In 2021, Rachel joined the FirstKem team as their Vice President of Business Development.
Mario Catalano began his quest in the aerospace industry in 1988 as a bench technician repairing components. During the 34 years of his journey, he managed to be a co-founder of five FAA part 145 Certified Component repair stations, (collectively did tens of thousands of internal component repairs, part sales, exchanges and managed programs to include component repair outsourced sub-contracting) and successfully sold them to larger aerospace conglomerates. After the sale of 1st Choice Aerospace during his post transaction employment contract Mario proposed a Dismantlement Asset Optimization program to Southwest Airlines, for the acquiring company VSE. VSE was ultimately awarded the contract in September of 2021 at which time he was responsible to implement program, assemble a team and manage the program to optimal functionality. This program included the dismantlement of SWA 737700/800 Aircraft and managing thousands of repairs for the removed components to be sold and used in support of the SWA fleet. The program has successfully matured, and Mario’s voluntarily changed his role to program consultant effective January 2024 maintaining a close relationship with VSE an entity with vast capabilities, data and support materials matching a majority of items on the solicitation. Mario’s known for his relentless productivity within the sector of Commercial Component Maintenance Repair Organizations, which include Aero Systems, BF Goodrich Aerospace, Eastern Airlines, Co-founder of FAA Certifier 145 Repair Stations High-Tech Avionics, Aviation Quality Group, XTRA Aerospace, 1st Choice Aerospace and currently QT Aerospace. He is experienced with multiple commercial and military platforms including KC-46, P-8, 727,737,747,757,767,A319,A320, A321 and most experience is on the 737 Series Aircraft. He considered a subject matter expert in component maintenance especially narrow body Boeing Aircraft. Mario is famed for his passion for customer centric values.
Anthony Cordle began his carrier over 35 years ago Dismantling Aircraft. During his 35+ years in the Aviation Industry. He received his Airframe and Powerplant certificate from Gorge T Baker Aviation Mechanic School in 1987. He managed several large companies including GE Commercial Aviation Services (GECAS) for 15 years, Xtra Aerospace for 8 years, VAS Aero 12-month contract and Next Level Aviation for 8 years. Primary Responsibilities included Commercial Aviation Repairs management, speculative Purchasing and Component sales. Negotiated and managed a large Product Consignment including Product repairs from Pratt & Whitney. During his very successful carrier he achieved his certification as Six Sigma Blackbelt, Several Kiser Certificates covering Contract management, presentation and Lean Event trainer.
Ann Clark began her aviation career in the USMC as an Avionics Bench Technician. She eventually qualified as a Collateral Duty Inspector and also served as a Technical Librarian. She has over 40 years total industry related experience- working in sales, purchasing, business development and to include 20 years specifically in identifying, bidding on and managing govt contracts. She has represented OEMs, FAA Part 145 Repair Stations, and Suppliers for a wide variety of products and services. She holds a Master of Science in Administration.
Dustin Cordle began his carrier in 2017 at Next Level Aviation as an operation specialist. He managed Component Repairs, Component certification, Traceability and Quality. He created a storage management system for the consignment and repair management customers. Identified and managed company speculative repairs and Product Purchasing for Boeing 737 and Airbus A320.
Wesley Ammons began his carrier in the United States Airforce in 2010 – 2016 as Aircraft Armament Systems Maintained operation of equipment. Analyzed and determined cost effective solutions for component repair or replacement, resulting in significant savings. Responsible for strategic sourcing and acquiring parts to aid in reassembly of aircraft components. Tracked and recorded inventory movement of high value assets. Managed the inspection and maintenance reports for Aircraft Ground Equipment. Reviewed technical manuals and diagrams (CMM, AMM, IPC) to determine specific component and Sub-Components Identification. Developed and Implemented Procedure Manual for OSHA hazardous communication. He also managed Repairs for TrueAero, Applied Aerospace Solutions and Aircraft Component purchasing for Federal Express.
David Smouse began his aerospace career in 1986. His initial opportunity was with Eastern Airlines followed by Southern Air Transport. Following these, he spent many years in the aerospace industry with local and national companies. His positions ranged from Managing Director, VP and CEO of his own company. Looking for a new challenge, he opened an animal treat manufacturing company that became very successful and sold products to the likes of Home Depot, Lowes and Tractor Supply. After the sale of his company shares, he returned to his passion, the aerospace industry. Now as the Quality Manager at SourceCo, he has been successful in obtaining the AS9120B, ISO9001:2015 and AC00-56B certifications.
Jaime Philip Game is an experienced Director of Information Technology with a demonstrated history (20 years) of working in the airlines/aviation industry. He has implemented and managed cybersecurity requirements. He has provided customized reporting for both internal and external customers. He studied Electrical Engineering and Business Administration in Germany.
