› The Process

Step 1. Understanding the Product

We require as many details, specifications, colour, shapes, quantities, packaging and if possible, examples of the goods you have requested. This will enable our team to locate the perfect product for you at the best possibe price. We will also need to check with you the time frame in which you require the goods, so we can coordinate the logistical requirements.

Step 2. Locating Overseas Suppliers

The next step is making contact with our extensive network of overseas suppliers and identifing the most suitable. We will then ensure the products match your request and negotiate best possible prices for you. We usually make contact with up to three different suppliers so we can check product quality and prices. Most of our clients choose suppliers based in China.

Step 3. Your Approval

We will then make contact with you to discuss our findings with you. Next we would make arrangements to meet with you in person and discuss available samples,  prices and expected time frame when goods could be ready for delivery to your door. ALL costs would be outlined during this meeting, including any terms and conditions. It is at this stage where you may decide to go ahead or to defer your decision. If you decide not proceed at this stage,  you will not be liable for any costs. All research and disucssions up to this stage are free of cost and obligation.

If you do decide to go ahead with the purchase, a contract will be prepared which you can take with you from our meeting. We allow 24 hours for you to read through the contract, sign and then return to us (we cannot usually allow longer than 24 hours, because extended time delays can affect the prices negotiated with overseas suppliers). Once we have received a signed contract, we then make contact with our sverseas supplier and request that your producttion be commenced. You can then sit back, put your feet up and relax while we manage the importation of your product for you.

Step 4. Quality Control

Even though samples are usually seen prior to an order being placed, we still inspect goods during the production stage to ensure quality and most of all, your product specifications, are being met.

Step 5. Delivery

All goods from overseas, whether sent by sea or air, must be cleared by Customs prior to delivery. We handle al procedures required by customs. Once cleared, delivery continues all the way to your door step. On delievery, a freight delivery notice must be signed. We will make contact with you at least 24 hours prior to delivery to ensure someone is present to accept the goods.
