Source Co Busway System is a flexible and reliable electrical distribution system with a sandwich construction and superior performance. It is a safe and robust system with high electrical efficiency, low temperature rise, efficient heat dissipation, low voltage drop, high mechanical strength and ease of installation.
Systems are totally enclosed, well insulated within the steel or aluminium housing consisting of :
Conductors with low impedance and high conductivity (IACS 99.98%) copper bars
with high purity (> 99.95%), or aluminium bars with conductivity > 61%
Feeder and plug-in type busducts
Indoor protection IP40 / IP42 / IP54 / IP55 / IP66
Outdoor protection IP55 / IP66 / IP67
Tap-off units (plug-in) protection IP40 / IP42 / IP54 / IP55 / IP2X
Fire retardant protection conforms to IEC 331 / IEC 332, NFPA 70, CNS 14286 and UL1709
