Paul commenced his engineering career with Qantas Airways as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer at their Jet Base and International Terminal Operations and Engineering Unit in Sydney, Australia. His services have seen him work on many Australian, military, international and VIP aircraft whilst studying for his flight crew status.
His proficiencies turned to Business Management and Consultancy, then gaining his public sector experience with Queensland Government which spanned over 10 years in Facility Management overseeing Operations, Maintenance, Minor Works, Security, OHS and Client Services. Paul progressed into senior management roles, primarily in project management overseeing Maintenance Management, Procurement, Contracting, Compliance Audits and Capital Works portfolios across multiple facilities regionally.
Paul’s expertise has been in business operations, asset and facilities management over his 30 year career to date spanning both the private and public sector management arenas. He now specialises in Maintenance Management and has delivered many training workshop sessions to public sector personnel.
